Yesterday was Valentine’s Day and I was scheduled to teach at 8:00PM. I was staying positive and putting out as many positive vibrations as I could that I would not be there alone looking at the back room mirror and having to practice on my own. I still had doubts that people would not show however, I had a very strong showing for a potential night where many people may not come. I felt so grateful and many were strong followers of mine.

I also brought pink and white carnations to honor everyone that came and gave them out at the end of class. Everyone was grateful to receive them and it felt wonderful to give them!! One of my students actually responded to an expression I said in class that other people in your life are a reflection of you. That people mirror back to you who you are in that moment. The student then handed the carnations back to me to mirror “The Gift” I gave him. It was so beautiful. A very kind gesture and truly reflected the teachings of the evening. It is moments like these that nourish my soul and make me feel I am on the right path.
