I am almost done with a second juice cleanse and am loving it. I feel so much lighter. I must say that it feels like my brain is also being cleansed as old habits that get in my way are coming up. A big one is being as mindful as possible when interacting with others. I am observing that sometimes I am not as aware of how I might be perceived by another which can affect the situation greatly. I feel like it is a matter of slowing down and being present to all things and sensations. I also am noticing I am sometimes leaving myself too open and vulnerable to others. I did a Shaman Journey this week too to the lower world (World of Animals) and in that journey I received messages from a Lion that I need to protect myself and that I often fail to do this. The Lion said that just like the Lion I need to be aware of everything at all times even when sleeping. I want to be aware of others or physical items in the environment coming into my energy field.

I had a Shaman Journey before, about two years ago, by the same person but that was in a group setting. However that session was very powerful. It stayed with me and made me finally pursue a one-on-one session. I am thinking of perhaps one or two other Journeys. The first it was explained to me, is to the Animal Realm and the next would be to the Heavenly Realm where Spirit Guides and Masters such as Jesus are. From what I have read and discussed with this particular shaman this type of work can open you up to more creativity and abundance. You might be able to face some things that have perhaps blocked you in some way from truly accomplishing your life path. And I definitely want to be On Fire with my Life’s Purpose and taking the steps I need to for that to happen.

Well this blog on my website was rather confusing the last time I tried to enter. However, now perhaps it is on track now? It seems to go to prior blogs you would click on Blog but to see newer ones you click Entries.

Presently I just completed a course from Oxford University about Teaching English as a Second Language. I am very excited to have yet another skill that I can use to help people to become more of who they truly are and to open them up for opportunities they never thought possible. I am thinking this will be lighter work too in comparison to being a speech and language pathologist. I also know that my prior experience as a speech and language pathologist will add to this type of employment. Part of me does miss working with people and language/communication.

I began volunteering as a Reiki provider at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego. This is a very rewarding experience. I am there only once a month and have been twice so far. I am providing Reiki for patients with Cancer that need to be hospitalized for treatments. The people will vary month to month. They are well informed about Reiki through the social worker at the hospital and so they are generally delighted when one of us walks into their room to provide treatment.

Well I must sign off for now as I am headed to an Open House for a school that Teaches English as a Second Language. Hope this notes
